AMA Accommodation Assistance

Accommodation assistance will be provided in the following locations for AMA School of Medicine, Makati, Philippines:

• South Star Plaza Condominium Complex
• Richard Papa Residences
• Laureano Di Trevi Towers by Vista Residences
• The Beacon Makati

Accommodation and Food Charges

Monthly charges for accommodation, including food, are PHP 10,000.

Students are required to pay one (1) year advance payment amounting to PHP 120,000 (or equivalent in the student’s home country – e.g., India, Sudan, Maldives, Congo, Nigeria).

Important Notes

• The advance payment of PHP 120,000 is non-refundable and will be used for the student’s accommodation setup assistance for the entire course duration (e.g., unit booking advance, furniture, home appliances, air-conditioning units for individual or shared use).
• Students must sign a minimum agreement period of 18 months to 68 months for accommodation and food services with Dream Bright Future Global Services, depending on the student’s selected mode of fee payment.
• Electricity and water bills will be charged separately based on actual usage.
• Students with unpaid fees to the college or those paying in long-term installments will have their accommodation and food assistance contract extended proportionally, for the security of both the college and Dream Bright Future Global Services.
• Mr. Shakthish Annadurai will serve as the guardian for all medicine students enrolled through Dream Bright Future Global Services, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Lyceum Northwestern University Accommodation Assistance

Accommodation assistance will be provided for students of Lyceum Northwestern University, Dagupan, Philippines. Separate college hostel facilities within the campus or private accommodation units will be available for students in Dagupan, Philippines.

Accommodation and Food Charges

Monthly charges for accommodation, including food: PHP 10,000.
